Let it SNOW!

It is crazy that it is January 11th and today we had a high of 52 degrees and really have yet to see any snow!

Wild, right?!?

It is all supposed to change tonight...

Tomorrows forecast is high of 32 degrees and just the beginning of a potential 5-8" snow storm!

The girls are both totally prepared to fight the cold and snow in their super cute puffers!

We got Stella this cute one from Zara a few months back and she says its just perfect:

For Ruby, we originally got one of the Gap "Puffers" from last year, but it was SOOOO puffy I couldn't get her buckled into her car seat.

After a lot of research I went with this little cutie from

Now when I took it out of the box I was a little concerned on how "thin" it was. 

Don't let this discourage you from purchasing this little jacket!

It will certainly hold up here in the Chicago winters despite is small size.

It has 120g of Heatseeker™ Aero insulation provides ample warmth for cold winter days.

Each time Ruby wears her coat she is toasty warm when I take it off.

It fits perfectly in her carseat and she moves around with no problem.

Best purchase I would say for Ruby thus far.

Looking forward to a little snow and hopefully getting Ruby out there for the first time!
